Orders & Shipping
We thrilled to dispatch our items to you, therefore, all our ready-stock items are dispatch within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) from the time we receive your order. Once your items are mailed, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. Do ensure that the full and correct address is accurate in your order. We will not be responsible in the event that the address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed, and any shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Local Shipping (Singapore)
We offers Smartpac delivery on all orders within Singapore with a flat rate of $5 per order. Once your parcel has been shipped out, it will takes 2-7 working days for it to reach you.
We currently only ship to Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia. If you would like to place an order from outside of Singapore, International Delivery option will be calculated at check out based on the weight of the products. It typically takes 8-14 weeks for it to reach you, depending on your delivery location.
All sales are final and there is strictly no refund or exchange for our items after confirmation. If you received a wrong item or a faulty one, please drop us an email at email@example.com with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order and we will follow up for you. Once the fault has been verified, we will ship out a replacement if available. In an event where a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits. Our promise to replace the item or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We will check all items before dispatch. We seek your patience and understanding when such circumstances arise and your trust that we will get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
Terms & Conditions
All sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for wrong items delivered or items damaged in transit. We may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the product.
